We produce a dry crisp sparking in a style similar to Crémant d’Alsace. A blend from multiple vineyards throughout the Sonoma Coast and Santa Lucia Highlands, Sapere Aude is pale gold in color with hints of tropical fruits and spice – not too sweet, not too bubbly, followed by a crisp, clean finish. Perfect for backyard get-togethers, Tuesday night dinners or traditional festive occasions – all the quality, none of the pomp.
